Yes — flat $1,000 per distinct page (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.). That includes design, code, mobile, SEO setup, and revisions. No hourly billing, no surprises. We agree on page count before I start.

No. Maintenance is optional and month-to-month. You can launch, run on your own, and come back later if you need updates. Most clients pick Standard ($60/mo) once they realize they don't want to touch the code themselves.

Hosting is included with any maintenance plan. The site runs on Cloudflare's global network — fast everywhere. If you're not on a plan, hosting runs you about $0–10/mo on Cloudflare directly. Domain registration is your call (around $10–15/year).

I build with on-page SEO baked in: clean code, fast load, proper meta tags, structured data, semantic HTML. That gets you to the starting line. Long-term ranking depends on your content and reviews — I'll tell you exactly what to do, but I won't sell you a $2,000/mo SEO contract you don't need.
